We previously reported that Song Seung Hun was positively reviewing “Human Addiction,” and now, it has been confirmed that he will be part of the cast along with actress Jo Yeo Jung.
“Human Addiction” is a steamy, romance film set in the year of 1969 when the Vietnam War was coming to an end. Song Seung Hun will play the role of Kim Jin Pyung, a brave and respected colonel, who falls in love with one of his officer’s wife.
Jo Yeo Jung will play Song Seung Hun’s wife and the officer’s wife, with whom Song Seung Hun’s character falls in love with, will be played by a rookie actress. Song Seung Hun and this rookie actress will be sharing very steamy scenes together.
After reading the scenario, Song Seung Hun commented, “I felt the high quality of ‘Scandal,’ the intensity of ‘Lust, Caution,’ and the passion of ‘In The Mood For Love‘ all at the same time. The film and the character is really something I’d like to work with as an actor.”
“Human Addiction” will start production in October and will hit theaters early next year.
