One of the most anticipated sequels of the year has just announced a new casting decision: rookie singer NC.A is officially joining tvN‘s “Reply 1994“!
NC.A, who has just recently made a debut with her single “My Student Teacher” on August 12, will be playing the role of a college student. Initially, she was given the opportunity to audition after Director Shin Won Ho spotted one of her pre-debut photos.
“Reply 1994,” the follow up sequel to hit drama series “Reply 1997,” will follow cultural events in 1994, shedding light on the emergence of K-Pop group “Seo Taiji and the Boys,” and the Korean Basketball League. The series, starring actress Go Ara and actor Yoo Yeon-Seok, will premiere this October.
