Actress Go Ara of tvN‘s Fri-Sat drama “Reply 1994” has received news that her ankle was injured.
The injury occurred in a scene shot in December where she was required to run. She had suffered a sprained ankle in her right leg, but she continued shooting to the last episode.
According to a representative at her agency SM Entertainment, the actress went to a Gangnam hospital on December 28 and received news that she would need surgery for her injury. The star is expected to go into surgery in January next year. The actress showed her work ethic as she continued filming to the last episode despite her injuries.
tvN’s popular drama “Reply 1994″ had its finale on December 28. Go Ara played the main character Sung Na Jung who was a big basketball fan, and the drama had many viewers guessing who her husband is until the very end.
